Meet Dearly Comia, Executive Assistant to Omar Murillo

 

Dearly is from the Philippines and Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing.

 

She is a very positive person wherein she loves to have positive energy, no matter who she talks to! She is very passionate about helping other people and motivating them. She is a mother to three lovely children. In her free time, She loves spending time with her kids, cooking for them and playing with them. Her first job was a bank teller to one of the biggest known banks here in the Philippines. This is where she started to learn how to deal with different types of people and really began to develop herself. She then moved between careers with multiple BPO companies. Following this, she started working as a Customer Representative to different telecommunication and publishing companies. This is where she developed herself to deal with all types of people in different situations. Due to her dedication and passion for her work, she was promoted to become a Compliance Officer. There, she started to deal with customer complaints and finding solutions to resolve their issues.

 

In 2015, She was hired as a Virtual Assistant to an accounting firm and they advanced my position to Social Media Manager. There, She learned that distance is not an obstacle when building your career and helping people. As a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant and Executive Assistant, she found she loved working with the CEOs and the team. Along with helping them with the business, she was also able to learn a lot from her team and develop herself further.
